Rhylo Privacy Policy

Summary

Rhylo is a running app. Your runs are processed on your device. Rhylo has no ads, no third-party analytics SDKs, and never sells your data.

Run data (cadence, pace, duration; route and location only if you grant the location permission; heart rate only if you connect a watch) — recorded and processed on your device.
Cloud backup/sync — run data is encrypted on your device before upload; our servers store ciphertext they cannot read. Your account is a randomly generated Rhylo ID; no email, name, or sign-up is required.
Purchases — subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and our subscription infrastructure (RevenueCat). We receive the subscription status and store transaction identifiers tied to your random Rhylo ID — never your payment details.
Anonymous usage signals — minimal counters (e.g., which content version an app uses) that contain no personal identifiers.
Diagnostics — logs are uploaded only when you explicitly choose to send them.

You can delete your data at any time in the app (Settings → Delete data). This removes synced data from our servers as well.

Rhylo는 러닝 앱입니다. 러닝 데이터는 사용자의 기기에서 처리됩니다. 광고와 제3자 분석 SDK가 없으며, 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.

러닝 데이터 (케이던스·페이스·시간; 경로·위치는 위치 권한을 허용한 경우에만, 심박은 워치를 연결한 경우에만) — 기기에서 기록·처리됩니다.
클라우드 백업/동기화 — 러닝 데이터는 업로드 전에 기기에서 암호화되며, 서버는 내용을 읽을 수 없는 암호문만 저장합니다. 계정은 무작위로 생성되는 Rhylo ID이며 이메일·이름·가입이 필요하지 않습니다.
구매 — 구독 결제는 Apple App Store / Google Play와 구독 인프라(RevenueCat)가 처리합니다. 우리는 무작위 Rhylo ID에 연결된 구독 상태와 스토어 거래 식별자만 받으며, 결제 수단 정보는 받지 않습니다.
익명 사용 신호 — 개인 식별자가 없는 최소한의 카운터(예: 콘텐츠 버전 채택 현황)입니다.
진단 로그 — 사용자가 직접 전송을 선택한 경우에만 업로드됩니다.

앱에서 언제든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다(설정 → 데이터 삭제). 서버에 동기화된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
